In Mallorca you can find bunyols everywhere.
Bunyols are a local flavor of donuts which are made from potato dough, cooked in hot oil and sprinkled with sugar.
The most common time to find bunyols all around Mallorca begins in late October, around the weekend the Les Verges (The Virgins) holiday and are common amongst locals until Christmas.
It’s preferred to serve the bunyols while they are hot even if this means that you must wait for them to be freshly prepared.
